What I always said about Al was that he had a rough exterior, but inside he was a big teddy bear. He had a passion for the game and he loved kids. I never saw Al mad, except at the refs, when he was coaching. Whatever Al did, he had fun. He loved life.

I look at it as a big game. We are not the same team as last year. This is a new group and we haven't found ourselves yet. We're learning new roles. I don't think we've played real well yet.
