anybody battle certainly expecting week
I don't think anybody was expecting this kind of a battle the first week of the year. I certainly wasn't. I'm exhausted.

I needed to shoot a good score today, and I did, ... I played well, got a great break on one hole. I snap-hooked a drive on the par- five seventh into the hazard. It was dead left. It hit a tree and popped out to the front edge of the fairway about 100 yards off the tee. I laid up with a three-iron and hit a sand-wedge about three feet and made a four. It should have been a six or who knows what.
changing plans

I was so nervous out there on the fairway.

After missing so many, I had a feeling I was going to make it. That's one of my better pars of the year.
miles money month next nice swim
Obviously, money is not an issue. They don't need the money, which is nice to be in that position. But it's just golf, you know? It's not a marathon. It's not the Ironman out here, swim 26 miles or something. It's just golf. Take next month off.
