The guy has been a winner and he's been on teams that have competed in championships. He can only help us, and he's going to help with the young guys. He's a great leader. He's a leader by example, but he's also vocal. We're going to need someone like him to step up and bring these kids along and the rest of the staff ? just kind of challenge them.
