awkward nervous silence sort wonderful
I was as nervous as a cat. We had a really wonderful meal, and before dessert, there was sort of an awkward silence while I got up my nerve.
committed goals good league players win won
It has been a good year. One of our goals was to win a league championship. These players are very committed and very passionate. They won the first league championship for our young program. This is their moment.
bar bit certainly consistent early elevate gets grow hockey nice september statements strides team time won
Well, we've been pretty consistent with our statements and what we want to do as a group, and that gets better each weekend. We've certainly made some strides in the early part of September to where we are now, but now it's time to elevate the bar a little bit more. The team has done some real nice things up to this point, and we've won a lot of hockey games, but now you got to keep watering it and put a little fertilizer on it and grow with it.
beer guys happy hearing telling tired tour wonder
I don't get tired of telling my story, because I am so happy to be here, but I wonder if the other guys on the Tour are getting tired of hearing about the Beer Man.
leave people remember team win won
When people leave Minneapolis on Sunday, they'll only remember the team that won. You only remember the team that won it. That's the mission. We're a part of it, and why not go win it?
afternoon against cup dad familiar lived minnesota north played playing short spent stanley stars time won
My dad played here in the '50s, I spent a lot of time in this area, my grandparents lived here, I played for the (Minnesota) North Stars for a short time and my dad won a Stanley Cup in this state. It's a place I'm very familiar with and that's why playing against Minnesota in Minneapolis makes the afternoon very special.
close doubt won
That was a close call, but it was the right one. There was never any doubt that (Byrd) won that match.
bigger credit hardware history hope journey means nice piece players prize program time won
I hope it means a lot to the team. It's the first time in the history of our program that we've won a championship. It's a credit to our players and a credit to the players that have been here in the past. ... It's a nice piece of hardware to have, but the prize at the end of the journey is bigger than that.
follow great loss shakes time
I think any time you have a loss, it's important to follow it with a win. Any loss shakes your confidence. It was great to see how Pete did.

It isn't easy to stay here today. I am happy to be here and I will continue to work hard. I am playing in each tournament, because I want to stay in that category.
choice hat pull three
I think everyone was comfortable with our choice. You can put all three in a hat and pull out one of them and feel comfortable.
friend mother saw
I saw my friend on the way and never got to the factory. My mother probably had something to do with that.
afraid animal call chase concerned deer disease fair hunting integrity issue people population talk whether
Whether you look at it from the fair chase issue and say it's not fair to be able to take a farmed animal and kill it - we don't call it hunting - whether you disapprove of that or are afraid for the deer population as a whole because of disease or are just concerned about the integrity of our hunting heritage, people better go talk to their legislators.
activities both company difficult employees employers happen help holidays positive productive rest stay time year
With all of the activities that happen at the end of the year, the holidays may be a difficult time for employees to concentrate. But with a little effort, by both employers and employees, the holidays can stay as productive as the rest of the year and help the company end the year on a positive note.
