It's quite a reward for a bunch of kids that I don't think anybody really gave us a chance. This team, they've answered the bell and they're a very resilient team.

We had a lot of kids who made contributions to the team this year. We didn't have that one superstar to depend on, so we needed everyone to do their part.

We played this game in his memory. He promised the coaching staff that he would get us back here as a senior. This game was really in memory and tribute to him.
