Robbie's here, he's earned it, it's a great honor. We joke about it at home, but he's got to be the leader of the offensive line out here.
Knowing Chike -- he's a guy with a great pass rush and he's got a motor -- I don't think any quarterback gets excited about going up against him. I think our guys, hopefully, will be up to the task.
Some of those people are former players here. Some are coaches that have been around or people in the building. Or maybe it's just some of the people from Seattle who have followed the team since 1976. It would mean a great deal to them.
We climbed to just about the top of the mountain. We were like 10 feet away and had to turn around and go back. It was a great journey and a lot of good came from it, but at the same time, we didn't finish what we set out to do.
We could have lost this game. They've got some great leadership on this team. To come in here like that and play like this, the defense was just awesome.
Yeah, he was a little quiet, didn't necessarily hang with everybody, but he was a professional, worked really hard, great teammate and a veteran guy who'd been around awhile,
He doesn't get the respect that he probably deserves. He's a great player for us and always has been since I've been here.
When he went down, their guys were excited and our crowd answered back in a great way with kind of an MVP chant. It was good for our offense and we felt we actually had the momentum after that.
He was a great tight end. I bet him 100 bucks that he'd play tight end for us some day, and I lost the bet. I paid him 100 bucks. I wrote him a check. When I did it, it was more of 'You're a heck of an athlete. Whatever you put your mind to, you can get it done.' That's really what I was trying to say.
He has been great and very supportive and patient. To have him as an owner, the way he treats us and the way he gets excited for the game is great.
I can think of a lot of great quarterbacks that never won the Super Bowl. It's not something that I'm hung up on.
Detroit's been great. I've actually had a great time. The weather has been great. I've said many times, we've had police escorts everywhere we go in every city, and these are definitely the best police escorts. I don't know if they practice at home on the weekends or what, but these guys know what they're doing.
I'm happy for him. It's a feather in their cap when things like that happen. Unselfish play by everybody and Shaun having a great year, it's a winning combination for our offense.
