He has been around. He understands how defenses work, how coverages work. He finds the openings.
He sets the standard really high, especially at the quarterback position and he isn't going to settle for anything less. Bottom line is he just wants you to do things his way and if you do that, things will work out and he will be happy and you won't have that friction as long as things are going well. It isn't all the on the quarterback but you just have to make it right.
It was great. It worked out exactly like the coaches hoped.
It's definitely hard when you're putting in the work and the guy who's starting isn't, especially if he's overhyped or you're not winning. I can't imagine how hard it would be to be that guy's backup.
