It really doesn't matter that we lost those three games by five points. What matters is that we lost them period. Anytime you lose three games in a season at St. John's, it's disappointing. It just makes you all the more hungry to get back out there again.

It was really tough watching him lose in the finals again. I get more nervous for Nick's matches than mine. I'm pretty upset now, but he wrestled a good match. Hopefully, they will meet for a rematch in the state finals.

Our team at the beginning of the year probably would have just packed it in for a game like this. But tonight we had a sense of urgency from kickoff, and everything was sharp.

It was a lot of fun and really different from anything around here and that's what I liked about it. I like the other things just a little bit more and the soccer is just a bonus. Being in Europe is the main part of the trip.
