call deserve few matter people player risks saying supposed
No matter what another player does, you're not supposed to call him on it. I'm not saying that's always right, because sometimes people deserve to be called out for their actions. But to do so risks your place in the game, and very few of us want to do that.
baseball care continue gotten guys knowledge playing realizing taking using win
It's just doing it. Taking care of it. Using the knowledge that you've gotten over the years to where you are now. That's what is going to continue you through your baseball career. That's how guys win jobs. That's how guys make big contracts. That's playing the game. For me, it's not about doing anything different than you have in the past. It's about playing the game, realizing what's going on. Doing it. Taking care of it. Executing.
definitely joe nice position win
It would have been nice to give Joe his first win here. We were definitely in a position to do it.
fight incentive party ready scrap surprise
For me, it's just incentive for us to surprise some people.... We're going to have to scrap and fight and show up to the party ready to play.
basis everyday games good sharp since work
It's probably the most I've ever experienced, not just with the Marlins but since I've been playing. Having someone who's going to work with you in between games or on an everyday basis is going to be very good because it'll keep you sharp on all your skills.
