allow camp itself lend training worried
I wouldn't say I'm worried about it, but that's what training camp is going to lend itself to. It's going to allow me to see where it's going to come from.
spot
I just can't give him a spot right now.
accept disrespect kevin learn learning veteran work
Kevin is a veteran who has been around for a while. It's no disrespect to John. He's still learning this game. I told him that I don't want him to accept it. I want him to go out and learn from it and work hard.
allen allow ball hands player three trying versatile
He's a very versatile player that can play the one, two or three positions. You're trying to put the ball in his hands and allow Allen to come up and make a play.
allen certain chris continued drive guys jump needed open penalty score shots stretch wide
I thought down the stretch of the game, when we needed those two guys to score the points, that?s what they did. That?s what they have to do. We got to the penalty at a certain point, Allen continued to drive the ball, and Chris had wide open jump shots because of it.
allen
Having Allen back rejuvenated us a little bit.
half helped reason second slow step win won
I thought the second half was the reason why we won the game, because it was just the will that helped us win the game. We were down, we were a step slow in the first half, and I thought our will got us back in the game.
adapt certainly coach nba players
I think NBA players can adapt and certainly Coach K can adapt to NBA players.
allen areas guy missing player points production replace scores
If you're missing a player like Allen you have to overcompensate. You're not going to replace a guy who scores 33-34 points a game, but you can replace him in other areas when you get production from everyone.
fourth great half major played third throw time
He's been great for us. Every time we've inserted him in a game, he's been great for us. Sometimes, he wouldn't play for a whole half and then we'd throw him in in the third and fourth quarters. Every time we've played him, he's made major contributions.
belt game guys rather ready regular sit wrong
If there's anything wrong with him at all, I'd rather him sit out and play in a regular-season game than a preseason one, ... But I think guys need to get a game or two under their belt to get ready for the regular season. It's not (that) they have to, but I'd like to see it.
against climbing team uphill
We started out so poorly. You can't do that against a team like Dallas. We were climbing uphill the whole game.
effort last night putting terms work
We've got to work a little harder, do the things that we did last night in terms of working and putting the effort out there and we'll be fine.
