It feels really good. We have worked really hard and have set out to reach a goal this year and so far we are taking it one step at a time and getting the job done.

We do have a young team but it really doesn't matter. We always find a way to win as a team. The younger girls have paid a lot of attention to how the older girls work. If we can get the job done, that's all that matters.
