We are proud that these issues have been fully resolved. The agreement validates the charges KBR incurred for completing work to import fuel and refined products at the Army's request and direction -- an issue that has been pending since October 2003.

KBR can't emphasize enough that it performs all work at the direction of the U.S. government. We only do what we are tasked to do.
