Basketball overseas in general is getting better, and there is obviously a lot of opportunity for the kids to come to America. A lot of times we can get a higher quality player. If Viktor had gone to high school at Alta or whatever, we would have never had a chance to recruit him, because he would have been a high Division I guy.

Once we identified a player we want, then it's a matter of getting a Fed Ex to them. And when they get it, they take it to the US Embassy. And hopefully it gets accepted.
