It's kind of a weird change, coming from Baltimore to Ann Arbor because its so much smaller. I like bigger towns better.
It was very tough doubling up but I've got no regrets. I was just destroyed (in the 100m) but I just wanted to put that race behind me.
People really expect to get news and information for free. They get it free on TV, they get it free on the web, and there's no reason they shouldn't get it free in the newspaper.
A lot of new obstacles are coming, a lot of new feelings are coming, ... I'm just taking it for what it is and learning from the mistakes I had this year.

It doesn't matter what else is going on. When you walk into your arena or your - whatever you excel at, you're there to take care of the job that you have to do.
With everything that's been going on, it's probably a decent swim for right now.

Perseverance, determination, commitment, and courage-those things are real. The desire for redemption drives you.
Records are always made to be broken no matter what they are. Anybody can do anything that they set their mind to.
