I ran out of brains with about five to go and hit the wall a couple of times. I just saw Kurt and wanted to win so bad. I'd rather mess up trying. I did all I could.
I drove a little tentative at a couple of points because it was loose, and then I was mad at myself because I thought maybe I should have tried a little harder. But then I saw Rusty crash and I thought maybe I did the right thing.
When Texas opened it was so great because the fans were awesome and the place looked so big and nice. I couldn't wait to get there. But once we raced on it, that feeling went away. The track originally made me sick to my stomach, because you just couldn't race there. It wasn't much fun for the drivers or the fans.
