This is another study among several recently released, which shows that the common wisdom that 'more is better' is clearly not the case. Vitamins are nutrients required by the body in minute quantities for normal physiology, and we assume that if a little is good, more must be better, ... Hopefully, this will encourage patients and their physicians to take a good look at all the substances and medications that are being taken, and assess the potential for adverse reactions - even for naturally occurring substances which are assumed to be safe.

Exercise is good for our general health, and if we know what's good for us, we should get out there and exercise.
