The national economy is fabulous. Unemployment here is only 2.2 percent. Business is good everywhere ... except for real estate.

That's one of our M.O.'s. We like to run the break early, but we don't have a lot of depth on our bench and we usually slow down later. They probably did a good adjustment, but a lot of times, it's us.
