The idea is to help one family for a year,

You'd think it was getting away from us, and all of a sudden we'd look at the scoreboard and the game was not over. What I've been telling the girls about playing through things and playing all the way to the end really helped.

Our hope is they would want to stay and feel like part of the community, but of course their lives have been turned upside down and they cannot make those sorts of commitments right now.

We cannot deal with all the disaster, but we can take one family and give them a fresh start.
