We're just 14- and 15-year-old guys playing against juniors and seniors, and these guys are just stepping up. Most kids, not mine, but others I think would falter.

Some kids are really good students in high school, but go where they like the coaches better, or like the facilities better. That's the trick question with the whole thing. What is that particular kid interested in? And what you find out, that's what you emphasize on that visit.

We try to set them up, maybe with a kid with the same area geography-wise, or similar academic interests. Just some type of easier way for them to have a bond.
