Michael Andrew "Mike" D'Antoni is an American-Italian professional basketball coach who was formerly a professional basketball player. He is currently the head coach of the Houston Rockets of the National Basketball Association. Most of the time when there's a communication problem, it's because the message being received is not the message you want. It's not that they don't know what they need to do, how we need to act as a team, whatever. If you don't like the message, then you go say there's a communication problem.
