thinking community levels
I think it's appropriate for the international community in situations like this to intervene [in Kosovo]. I am in favor of an intervention. On some level, you have to say that at least somebody [Clinton] is doing something.
believe worst-moments levels

children rights safety
A life sentence without parole protects public safety while sparing us the barbarity of killing our own. It teaches our children that violence will be punished, but not by emulating the violent. If the Longhorns get Mouton, that would just be a huge bonus to end a great recruiting year. It would be a muscle-flexor, one that just shows the power of the national championship. To go in on a kid that late against USC and Michigan, and to get him, that's huge. Texas had not worked the kid at all.
