I think we made a little mistake last year not throwing him in there sooner. He would have struggled a little bit, but when he did play, he was very good.

The only thing I can think of (for the Steelers being favored) is that they beat Indianapolis, which was a huge win for them. Indy was having a great, great year and is a great football team. And that popped Pittsburgh, as it should.

They are a very veteran and smart team, and that's our goal, to get there. What I have to do is get our guys to believe they can be there. It's a great story. He has come in this year and done a marvelous job. He is one of 18 children. He has had to battle for his place his whole life. He appreciates everything. He works hard for everything. He doesn't expect anything to be given to him, and I can't say enough about the young guy. Do we miss Ken Hamlin? Certainly we do. But Marquand Manuel has been better than good this season.
