We had this project on our radar for a while. We tried to extend the $1.3 million as far as we could.

We can't get at the ceiling without draining it and building scaffolding. This is a huge project. It is always a big deal when you drain a pool. A large part of the expense is to build and then take down the scaffolding.

There are some great people in education. The people I have worked with and the students I have met along the way have been amazing. On occasion, I run into kids and you get to see they have gone on with life and done well. It is nice to see that you really made a difference.
