practices sitting
Those were spectacular catches. I want to see him out at 15 practices this spring, every one of them, all the way through. Then I'll tell you (where he stands). He showed what he can do. But he can't do that if he's sitting on the sidelines.
attacking ball bell catching ferguson great help lee returns
I think Ferguson is going to have a great year. He is actually catching the ball better on punt returns than I've seen. He's squaring the ball better, attacking the ball better. Making better catches. We know what Johnnie Lee Higgins can do. Dustin Bell will help us in that area. And Marcus Thomas, if we have to have him back there on kickoff returns, we will.
fifteen help legal matter yards
Most of the (blocks) are legal. (But) it doesn't matter if they're legal or not. Fifteen yards isn't going to help Zach West's knee.
ball good hands love
We love having the ball in his hands because good things always happen.
ahead ball move shot spring trying
We're trying to give him a shot on defense. He wanted to move over, which is great. It will put him a little ahead for spring ball if he is going to be a linebacker.
against missed played plays seven
We were going to play him 20 plays (Friday against Houston), but we played him 50 plays and he never missed a tackle. He made seven tackles.
battle half legal vindicated won
We have won every legal battle at every corner. We think we have vindicated his name. Two and a half years ago we said we would, and we think we have.
calm sore throw
We're not going to have him throw for about a week. It's sore right now. We're not going to do anything about it right now. We'll let it calm down a little bit.
We'll see how it goes. He's not going to play this week. If he doesn't play by Monday, then it's probably serious. I don't think it's a tear.
fire open riding strive
We're riding them hard, but I think they're competitors and fighters, and they'll strive to do better, ... I'm not going to fire them and open up a new can of tackles. Because we haven't got a new can of tackles.
flew
He flew back to be with his dad.
gives honor soldier takes
He gives them (military)-type names, in honor of being a soldier and what it takes to be a soldier,
faster giving good
He makes good catches. He has been giving a real good effort, and he's a little faster than I thought.
attitude chris good great
Chris has a good attitude about it. He's always had such a great attitude.
