You're hoping a guy performs better than that, ... He's been pretty consistent in practice ... You always hope a guy is going to step up and do it in a game like they do in practice, but he hasn't done that yet.

He's an incredible athlete and, this year, he's felt more comfortable in our system. It allows him to run left or right and make a play going to either side. If the middle of the field is open, he can do things there, too. Mostly, what he's done for us is to eliminate mistakes.

He always plays extremely hard. It's very important to him regardless of his role, even if he's not playing every down and just at the goal line. He has to be ready in case somebody goes down. If that happens, he'll play well.

That's what coaches do, teach. If you can't teach, you can't coach. And these guys have done an excellent job since they've been here.

Any time you lose a guy and two guys in the same position there is an impact. You are depleted in depth at that position, two guys that we felt that could help us are Browner and Chris Young.

It's coaches, players, different terminology, ... It takes a third year before you really feel comfortable, not having to think and react. I could see that in the offseason and hopefully it carries on into the season.

So, obviously, first comes the AFC West. The goal is to win playoff games, but the division is first, ... You can do it other ways, and we have won a Super Bowl as a wild card, but the statistics show there is no question, being at home gives you an advantage.
