I think it may have just been stress. My grandmother died on Feb. 9 the year before and I was thinking about that and it may have triggered the labor.

I had to pull over on the side of the road several times because the pain was getting worse. I kept thinking of trying to get to an address so I could call someone for help and they could find us.

I am so proud of her. She didn't panic and stayed calm the whole time.

Destiny is a fighter - she's had to be in order to still be here. When I look at her I can't believe she's the same tiny baby that's in the pictures.
