This is the first time we've had an actual alert status from either of our two (area nuclear power) plants during my tenure, which is 25 years.

He'll always listen to you. I think he understand that it takes having everyone on board for this to work.

He really sees the big picture and I think that's so good and so important. He's definitely a visionary.

We were ready to go. No one had to be shown what to do, nothing had to be explained. They know what their role is. I'm very proud of the team we have in place.
