He just treats people like people instead of treating them like players. If a guy has a bad day, he doesn't treat them any differently than if they had a great day, and that makes everybody feel comfortable. They can all go out and play, and not worry about their manager changing his disposition every day.

The hardest thing will be finding the clubhouse, because no one knows where they're going. But I think we'll manage that.
