We consider this a cosmopolitan store. We have Indian food, of course, but also Asian, Spanish and Mediterranean. Our store lets us bring in a little bit of cultural diversity here, and people are liking it.

We don't really eat hot, hot foods. People have that wrong impression. We eat food flavored with spices, but the spices are not hot. Our curries are spiced, but not hot.
