Nell Fortner
Nell Fortner is the former women's college basketball coach at Auburn. She is most well known for leading the 2000 Olympics team to a gold medal. She has received numerous awards including the 1997 National Coach of the Year, the 2000 USA Basketball Coach of the Year and the 2008 SEC Coach of the Year. conference hopefully past playing tournament
The postseason is very important for a young team. Even the conference tournament is important for us, to get (the players) that experience. Hopefully we're playing a little past that also.
coaches disrespect ground players program
When you've got a program that hasn't been tended to for 40 years - and that's not to disrespect any coaches or players or administrators - but a program that hasn't been tended to by the administration - then you've got a lot of ground to make up.
both defensive ends good heck mostly strong talked terms
LSU is talked about mostly in terms of their offense. They're a heck of a good defensive team, too. They're very strong on both ends of the floor.
extremely good playing
LSU is a well-oiled machine. They are extremely talented, but we feel we are playing them at a good time.
conference definitely tournament
We definitely want to play in the postseason. Postseason is very important for this young team. Even the conference tournament is important for us to get them that experience.
