Taking into consideration the progress that has been made by the NRC in streamlining the licensing process, the significant increases we have seen in the price of fossil fuels, current and pending clean air regulations and the potential for financial and other incentives for nuclear generation that are provided in the Energy Policy Act of 2005, we believe the nuclear option is extremely competitive with other sources of generation.
