It's very frustrating to work this hard and not get a win. We're not giving up, we're going to keep fighting.

We need to start carrying stuff over that we learn in practice into a game. In practice we work hard and do things right. Come game time we don't think, we start going 100 miles an hour. We just need to stop, think and slow it down.
encourage focused heads help point straight wrong
We just give them constructive criticism. If they do something right we encourage them and help them out on the floor. When they do something wrong we just point it out and keep their heads on straight - focused on what they're doing.
