earlier leave normally practice three urgency weeks
There's a little sense of urgency when you leave three weeks from when you start. Practice has been going fine, but this is about 2? weeks earlier than we'd normally play.

They just beat us in every facet of the game. They swung the bats and scored a lot of runs.

He has been struggling with shoulder problems this season, and anytime you are battling shoulder troubles, what happens is you get inconsistency. It was good to see the old David out there today ? he pitched great.
approach game grinding halt
We just didn't have the same approach in Game 2. The game was grinding to a halt and we just could not get anything going.
caught guessing time
We got a little too caught up in his off-speed stuff. He really had us guessing the whole time with his location.
base couple guys scoring situations
We didn't hit. We had a couple of situations with guys on base where we didn't get hits. We have to have those with guys in scoring position.
games hate last seniors type
You hate to see the seniors have to have that type of day in their last games at home. As a team, we need to just keep getting better.
came hard kept nice playing run
We made a nice run in the first game. We kept playing hard and just came up short.
definitely good great group guys hard lost
We definitely lost some leadership. That was a great group of guys and they'll be hard to replace. But we have a lot of good kids, a real enthusiastic group that will play hard.
couple great guys practices telling
We have had a couple great practices lately. I just keep telling the guys to keep working and we will get better.
