I think it's important for kids to budget their time. I'm a big proponent of kids doing multiple sports. I like to think we put an emphasis on balance.

What we tried to focus on was establishing a core set of values that we could all agree on. Great coaches are always going to differ on philosophy. But we felt if we could establish consistent values the rest could take care of itself.
