The biggest key to his success is his ability to make decisions. He has a good understanding of the game and doesn't turn the ball over. His sophomore year, when we were 29-5, we never had a game with double figures in turnovers.

That Calvert Hall team was incredible. I could name the entire starting five. To be mentioned in the same breath with that team is quite an honor.

I love that kid because he gets it done on both ends of the floor. Dino is just a real hard worker. He gives a great effort defensively and on the boards every night and his offense is really coming along.

When you're trying to turn a program around, it starts with the guy who has his hands on the ball the most. To me, there are three questions you have to ask. Does the team win, does he make his teammates better and do guys like to play with him? Yes, yes and yes.
