I think it's very anxiety-provoking to everybody involved. The sense of not knowing things leads to a degree of uncertainty. It's certainly not enjoyable to anybody going through this process -- kids, parents, staff.

Somewhere in that scope of things there was a breakdown. Specifically where, I don't know. It's a tremendous disappointment.

We don't have a lot of wiggle room in our budget for something like that.
