In October the kids started coming down here buying pop out of our pop machine. I got to thinking they need a place to hang out.

We've already agreed (with the county) that we'll end it (our contract) at the end of this year. We both agreed on it. They're not paying me to move out, and I'm not going to stay and take care of my contract. We both agreed that this is the best thing for both parties.
