For our relays, I was looking at the times they are swimming and comparing them to last year, and I think we can qualify all three relays.

I admire the kids being able to take this kind of pressure. They work for four years and everything comes down to less than 30 seconds. In other sports, there's a losers' bracket or you can work back in a second half. At some point there's redemption. In swimming it comes down to one perfect race at the exact right time.
boys drop girls practice rest saying turns
I hadn't really tapered them that much for the sectional as some of the girls and boys were saying they were still sore. So I'm going to really drop off and not practice much other than turns so we'll let them rest their muscles.
