This is my home turf. I'm from Worthington, my daughter plays junior varsity at Thomas and (Thomas coach Joe Abraham) and I are longtime friends. They were nice enough to extend an invitation to us.

The ability to be able to move girls in and out of games, depending on the situation, has been very helpful. I don't want to say we're winning because of the freshmen, but it's a nice opportunity to have all those girls with us.

We went from having 24 girls on the roster to 15. I have more expectations and want more of a commitment to the team. I expect players to attend and participate in practice and be at all practices. If players didn't want to do that, they had the option of not playing. Some elected to take that option.
