There was a feeling of too many uncivil acts on campus. This was to inform the floors and have the floors take a stance that this is not acceptable.

It was to discuss the climate on campus and what mentors can do to help students in these situations. We asked every dorm to do the floor meetings. They have been taking place for about the past week, since right after spring break.
