Last year after Junior Day we met as a staff and talked about what kids we liked. We decided who we wanted more film on and who would be coming to our skills camp.

It's an important day. It helps to evaluate a kid's character, how he feels about us. We show them the facilities and talk about academics. It's more to educate them on what we have to offer than finding out what they have to offer.
captains clip effort guys helping letting level ownership practice raised seen team
Those captains are really helping the team take ownership of each unit. We've seen the effort level raised and they are accountable for their responsibilities. The captains will show a clip from practice and tell guys when they're letting down their unit. It's been great.
