We do apologize to the public for the inconvenience, but we're doing everything we can to get to the bottom of it. It's frustrating for us as well as the public. It's amazing how quickly you become dependent on Internet and e-mail services.

We've never done any surveys like this, so we're interested in what the results will tell us. We hope this will tell us what we need to do to bring more people into our libraries and encourage others who might not have visited before to try us out and see what we have to offer.
