allah allow among apostle depart departing desire doers goodly latter life mighty prepared surely
O Prophet! say to your wives: If you desire this world's life and its adornment, then come, I will give you a provision and allow you to depart a goodly departing / And if you desire Allah and His Apostle and the latter abode, then surely Allah has prepared for the doers of good among you a mighty reward.
book child dutiful granted guarded hold strength tenderness wisdom
O Yahya! take hold of the Book with strength, and We granted him wisdom while yet a child / And tenderness from Us and purity, and he was one who guarded (against evil), / And dutiful to his parents, and he was not insolent, disobedient.
account grace mercy surely
But on account of mercy from your Lord-- surely His grace to you is abundant.
grant scheme surely
And I grant them respite; surely My scheme is effective.
attained gave knowledge reward thus wisdom
And when he had attained his maturity, We gave him wisdom and knowledge: and thus do We reward those who do good.
except faith fight hostility justice oppression practice prevail until
And fight them on until there is no more tumult or oppressions, and there prevail justice and Faith in Allah; but if they cease, let there be no hostility except to those who practice oppression
allah eyes fear giving hearts keeping light men neither nor prayer selling shall turn whom
Men whom neither merchandise nor selling diverts from the remembrance of Allah and the keeping up of prayer and the giving of poor-rate; they fear a day in which the hearts and eyes shall turn about. (The Light 24.37)
allah book books-and-reading considered decide given invited might portion turn
Have you not considered those (Jews) who are given a portion of the Book? They are invited to the Book of Allah that it might decide between them, then a part of them turn back and they withdraw.
allah among beware children enemy pardon surely therefore wives
O you who believe! surely from among your wives and your children there is an enemy to you; therefore beware of them; and if you pardon and forbear and forgive, then surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
bones brought creation existence fire forgets green kindle life likeness says strikes
And he strikes out a likeness for Us and forgets his own creation. Says he: Who will give life to the bones when they are rotten? / Say: He will give life to them Who brought them into existence at first, and He is cognizant of all creation / He Who has made for you the fire (to burn) from the green tree, so that with it you kindle (fire).
account certainly discourse entered grace grievous mercy touched
And were it not for Allah's grace upon you and His mercy in this world and the hereafter, a grievous chastisement would certainly have touched you on account of the discourse which you entered into.
evil forgives love punishment reward shall surely whoever
And the recompense of evil is punishment like it, but whoever forgives and amends, he shall have his reward from Allah; surely He does not love the unjust.
act allah aware careful duty hate hatred incite nearer people surely upright witness
O you who believe! Be upright for Allah, bearers of witness with justice, and let not hatred of a people incite you not to act equitably; act equitably, that is nearer to piety, and he careful of (your duty to) Allah; surely Allah is Aware of what you do.

So when they had reached the junction of the two (rivers) they forgot their fish, and it took its way into the sea, going away.
