Rand Pecknold is an American ice hockey coach. He is currently the head coach of the Quinnipiac Bobcats men's ice hockey team. He took over the program at Quinnipiac in 1994 and led the transition from Division 2 to Division 1. Since moving to Division 1 in the 1998–1999 season he has led the Bobcats to 17 consecutive winning seasons the longest stretch after Michigan's streak of 25 years was broken in the 2012–13 season. bounce goal good momentum playing switch though win
That was a big momentum switch for us. We hadn't been getting any good bounces even though we were playing well. The Leitch goal was a good bounce and you need to have those if you're going to win games.

I think if we had scored early, it might have been a different game. We had a lot of chances and sometimes they just don't go in the net.

I thought (Fisher) was one of our keys to the game. RPI had that caged animal thing going after the first period.
add direction forward fuel game hard nice rivalry
It?s hard to know what will happen. Will the first game add fuel to the fire, or will it go in the other direction and be a letdown? But I think this is a nice rivalry and something to look forward to for many years to come.
