They were 14-of-20 in the first half and probably six of them were treys. We just couldn't match up with them. They're a really good team. We didn't shoot the ball that well and a lot of it was (due to) their defense.

A win is a win is a win. We played good in spurts, we had four kids in double figures, but we were totally out of sync.
defensive face pressure
They put a lot of defensive pressure on you. They're up in your face and really get after you.
both gets river teams tough
Both teams started sluggish. We couldn't get a bucket. And when River Ridge gets going, they are tough to beat. We just never really got going at all.
banging basketball came easy held last led night physical
We led wire-to-wire, but it came down to the end and we got the last shot. To give credit, Chehalis is a physical basketball team. There was a lot of banging and pushing. We held our own, but it was not an easy night to do that.
