degrees expected freshman pressure sophomore total win year
Sophomore year was a total 180 degrees from my freshman year. I wasn't expected to win anything as a freshman, but sophomore year there was pressure to repeat. I like that kind of pressure.

I knew I had to come back on Sunday and do better.
cool seconds
I was teetering around 51 seconds and to go under 51 seconds is really cool, especially at this meet.
approach last race swim
My approach in meets, especially when I'm doing sprints, is to go all out. You never know what can happen. So, I take every race and swim it like it is my last one.
