I've only been here 2 1/2 years. When I got here, (the city) had just finished up our sixth substation.

That's just one of the things we measure our growth by in the electric field.
growth parts seeing
I'd like to see what (the engineers') projections are on growth in other parts of town. Most of what we're seeing is on the southwest. I'd like to have a better distribution of what the growth is going to be.
lots projects
It's hectic. We've got lots of projects going on.
delayed hard katrina
Steel's been hard to get after (hurricanes) Katrina and Rita. They really delayed our substation projects.
buy estimate good land next
We want to try to buy the land next year. I want to see if that's a good estimate on our part.
