We're getting there. Late in the game, when we needed shots and we needed stops, they were there.
There is no doubt about it, both teams pride themselves on defense. It's not going to be a high-scoring game. It's going to be that type of series.
There are five or six teams that can make it to the end. Nothing's changed.
It's always your move next. What are you going to do to make an adjustment to our counter? What are you going to do now that we have played this type of lineup? It's all about trying to find an advantage, especially with two evenly matched teams.
It's not so much the type of shot he hit, but the importance of the shot.
There's a lot of balance. Vince really set the tone attacking. Curly was a force down low. J-Kidd, 15 assists, that's unbelievable.
You can't make excuses for missing a player. They just wanted it more and they were more aggressive.
It would have made things a lot easier on Vince (Carter).
Our offense failed us. A lot of the decision-making.
J-Kidd is grabbing me, pulling me and I am telling him to calm down.
He might not be happy, but he'd have to go there and play. I guess it would be like playing for Charlotte or playing for Toronto.
J-Kidd, it was just unbelievable what he did. He's been all-league defense I don't know how many years.
It was a frustrating first half of the season because we can play a lot better. We've had some inconsistencies.
It's tough to put it into words. And that's something that's rare for me to say.
