There is a similarity in the fact that their work ethics are the same and any time you get somebody with a little talent that wants to work as hard as they do, then they're going to be successful. The fact that his time has continued to drop every meet shows the commitment that he's got. He's working hard in practice.

I was real pleased. The boys were tired because we worked them hard Monday. But we tried to put them together for this meet to see what would happen. And they really competed well.
