I think that relaxed us a little bit, and we got a couple more right after that.

A win is a win. We're not exited about watching it, but we got the two points. Now we need to take the positive as much as we can as we go to Milwaukee.

He's exceeded everyone's expectations. You can't anticipate the year he's had as a first-year pro. He's been terrific.

He was able to gut it out for the rest of the period, and we got a good look at it after. The doctors made the decision that it wasn't the best thing for him to play at that point.

It's not about who were playing. It's up to us. We haven't had an easy game all year. We're competing on a nightly basis. We now have to get the results for that competition.

We knew they were going to come at us hard, and you have to be able to defend leads at this time of the season. We didn't do that, but Kirby did a great job to score what ended up being the game-winning goal.

When this opportunity presented itself, there was no hesitation. I knew this was what I wanted to do. I had a great job where I was, but it was time for a new challenge. It was easy to leave. I jumped at the chance.
